Blue Cod takes
responsibility for
all policy and billing
related printing
and distribution
through
our P&D Center
in Marlborough,
Massachusetts. The
following is an
outline of the basic
services offered;
however, BCT can
accommodate variations
as requested.
Standard Services:
- Volume mail discounts and presort services;
- Vendor relationship for stationary supplies;
- Inventory management;
- Certificate of mail, certified and overnight services;
- Bills, offers, notices printed, assembled, and mailed;
- New business cash w/app printed, assembled and mailed;
- Caller service (P.O. Box) pick up for early processing; and
- Tight quality control process that accounts for all items from printing to delivery to post office.
Optional Services include:
- Cost saving electronic lien holder notification available;
- Agent access of PDFs of all printed documents on-line through Allternet®;
- Daily printing,
sorting, stuffing,
and mailing of
New Business,
Renewals, Change
Declarations,
Cancellations,
Billing documents,
etc.;
- Quality Control
of all documents,
including standard
quality checks
jointly defined
by both Blue Cod
and the carrier;
- Address scrubbing service;
- Process Special
Handling requests for all document
groups as defined
by customer;
- Customers option of
printing policies
and other documents
on plain paper
or on pre-printed
letterhead with Blue
Cod maintained
inventory and
stock controls; and
- Customized Processing
Reports for Customer.

Quality Control
Standards:

will be reviewed
for accuracy in
terms of reflecting
the text and contents
associated with
the requested
document.

Count

Reconciliation
will be run daily
to account for
the number and
type of transactions
issued in the
prior day and
adjusted by special
handling requirements.

and Processing
Quality
– All documents
will be reviewed
for print quality.
