Our BPO service offerings span a wide range of processes designed to address each of our customers’ specific needs. We can rate, quote, and issue policies; perform full policy data entry; issue bills and process premiums; and take loss notices directly from policyholders. We can handle all customer service calls, as well as print and mail all outgoing correspondence. We track and report all activity volume and have quality control measures in place to ensure we continue to exceed all service level agreements.
Our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are comprehensive and SAS70 compliant. Our SOP are backed by very stringent Service Level Agreements (SLA) that illustrate to our customers that we are meeting and exceeding high levels of service.
Before we ‘go live’ for a customer carrier, our staff of over one hundred motivated and dedicated insurance professionals is fully trained on all aspects of our customer’s current procedures and services. For each new client, we assign a “new customer transition manager” who is assigned the task of working with the customer to identify all components of what that customer considers successful service. We conduct regularly scheduled meetings with each BPO team manager, as well as the creation of a customized SOP for the customer.
Our BPO applications tie in with third party data services, such as credit card companies, ChoicePoint, ImageRight, R.L. Polk, and the Registries of Motor Vehicles. We host an industry proven-policy administration system. Our BPO staff resides right here in Central New England, while your data is housed in a Class A co-location facility in Massachusetts.
