Our Customer Services staff is ready when your customers call. Our staff includes a high percentage of licensed personal lines agents, and includes experienced customer service representatives that have company and/or agency backgrounds. We take pride in having a very personalized service, and not rushing customers or agents through a call.
Standard Services:
- Service incoming calls Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm;
- Full phone, mail, email, and fax support for policyholders and agents;
- Expandable Inter-Tel communication system - ACD Call Center technology;
- Dedicated 800 numbers, unique to each carrier;
- Many of our Customer Service staff are bilingual (English & Spanish);
- Full call documentation, permanently attached and locked to policies; and
- Summary and detail reports available to customer.
- Customer service incoming telephone lines attended for full business days in all time zones in the continental United States.
- Ability to create and send outgoing correspondence on behalf of client carrier.
- Performing all agent and vendor database maintenance.
Optional Services:
- Web service interface for agents;
- Overflow and 24/7 service options;
- Process all return mail;
- Agent file maintenance, new and updates; and
- Vendor file maintenance.
Blue Cod’s Managed Business Services staff has a proven track record in supporting property and casualty carriers. Our workflows can be customized to meet the specific needs of each carrier’s business model. Our own, internally built toolset allows us to automate a variety of process such as new business processing, renewals, billing process, incoming call service personalization, and document assembly procedures. Our established a communication matrix allows us to fully comply with carrier specific procedures and required day-to-day events. |
