Software Development Project Manager

Job Summary
As part of the Gatewise development project leadership team, the incumbent will contribute to the development of Gatewise as a Project Manager overseeing, tracking and reporting on detailed tasks throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the leadership of Gatewise from a resource planning, scheduling and logistics perspective.
• Work with Development leads, Product Managers, and AVPs to design and develop projects with an emphasis on hitting completion dates and budget.
• Create and track project plans.
• Perform business analysis and write specifications.
• Follow corporate process standards to meet project objectives.
• Work with management and engineering leads to develop project estimates.
• Manage scope throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to the Gatewise team leads.

Requirements

• 10 years Experience with large-scale systems project management.
• Enterprise Software Project Development experience is required.
• Experience working Closely with Architects/Engineers/Developer
• Experience with Agile Methodology is required.
• Experience managing projects that range over multiple years.     
• Solid analytical and business processing skills.
• Solid experience with client interaction.
• Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience is a big plus.
• Some travel to client site (20%).
